Francesca Parodi

I’m a Marketing Specialist with a graphic design background, driven by the belief that visual communication can create real change. Environmental issues motivate my creativity, and I aim to turn ideas into engaging, audience-focused visuals.

At Ballyhoo Media, I’ve grown from Graphic Designer to Marketing Specialist while continuing to focus on marketing graphic design, advertising, branding, and social media. I work to build visuals that connect more intimately with the public and support meaningful messaging.

I also bring cross-functional design experience from apprenticeships and internships, including a SCADpro x Google Apprenticeship where I worked on visual design, wireframing, branding & identity, UX research, and creative ideation. Earlier experience includes a design trainee internship with Wunderman Thompson and additional freelance graphic design work in Lima.

My professional ethos is collaborative and improvement-oriented: I want to work as a “medium of change” alongside a team that brings out the best in each member. I’m comfortable moving across web design, digital production, art direction, and brand-focused creative to deliver clear, impactful outputs.
