What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute organisational rigor, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven analysis to a global operations team while growing in strategy, management, and scalable operations.

I've coordinated ticketing, logistics, and cross-functional projects at Iqra University, including a four-campus cultural event that achieved 500 ticket sales. I improved cash-flow tracking by introducing online payments, reaching 56% digital adoption, and built an Excel dashboard for real-time transaction visibility.

As Project Manager for Iqra University's Ethics & Social Responsibility Initiative, I led a team of seven through a 12-week sustainability project. I managed a PKR 15,000 budget, coordinated approvals from six external stakeholders, and delivered an educational workshop for 55 students.

I've also supported high-volume recruitment operations at GAOTek Inc., processing 50+ applications daily and contributing to 28 placements. I'm completing a BBA at Iqra University and building my project management, operations, KPI tracking, and process-improvement skills through programmes with GE Aerospace, Siemens, and Google.
