I’m looking for a role where I can grow affiliate partnerships, improve campaign performance, and deliver excellent client-facing service. I want a fast-paced team that values internal controls, accountability, and continuous improvement.

I’m a results-driven professional with experience in affiliate management, administration, and customer service. I manage partnerships with affiliates, publishers, and partners while coordinating onboarding so new stakeholders integrate smoothly.

At LTO Hotels, I served as an Internal Control Officer / Supervisor / Receptionist, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures. I supervised staff, coordinated activities to maintain service quality, monitored financial transactions for accountability, and resolved customer issues to improve guest satisfaction. I’m comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments while maintaining accurate records and strong internal controls.

Now at Platformlead Limited, I continue strengthening partner performance by monitoring campaign performance and providing feedback to optimize results.
