At London Stock Exchange Group (FTSE Russell), I originated and architected an agentic RAG system that explains index rebalance decisions in plain language. It’s in production across EMEA, Asia and the US, and answers questions that could take up to two days in under a minute.
I’m one of the lead developers of a CIO-led AI agent framework for the software development lifecycle, now used in more than 100 repositories. I designed and wrote its ticket planner, orchestrator and sub-agents, and built regression evaluations and cost telemetry.
I also tech-lead the serverless platform that distributes FTSE Russell index data by API. Across my work, I stay hands-on with architecture, design, code and code review, drawing on experience building production software in financial, insurance and public-sector settings.
