What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use quantitative research, risk/resilience analysis, and stakeholder engagement to produce practical insights—preferably in development or health—while growing my data and project skills in a supportive team.

I’m an analytical graduate specializing in quantitative research, resilience analysis, and health advocacy, with a focus on turning data into evidence-based decisions. I apply data insights to assess risks, interpret trends, and support compliance-driven operations.

In my National Service role at Fidelity Bank Ghana, I analyzed behavioral and service data to identify risks and improve retention strategies. I also used quantitative insights to strengthen compliance frameworks and operational efficiency, collaborating across teams to enhance resilience in service delivery.

Earlier, I completed a Project Management Associate virtual internship with Excelerate, where I conducted industry and market research and produced structured, data-driven reports for strategic decision-making. I also supported communication and public affairs research at the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and volunteered with Reach for Change Ghana—designing youth-focused programmes, supporting outreach, and tracking measurable community impact.
