I'm open to new opportunities where I can grow client accounts, strengthen retention and reactivation, and use practical AI workflows to keep client work fast, accurate and well organized.

At Bayshore Dental Studio, I manage dental practice and DSO accounts, focusing on retention, reactivation and growth. I win back lapsed accounts with outreach shaped by each account’s history and help resolve service issues between clients and internal teams.

I create branded client documents and manage promotional offers, checking prices and facts before they reach clients. I also track account performance, flag risks and recommend process improvements.

I built a personal AI assistant with Claude Code that connects my CRM, phone, email and chat tools. It prepares calls, saves notes and responds to voice, chat and button commands.

I also built a Claude project to analyze lapsed accounts and draft personalized emails in batches, with a human review step. Separately, I built a Windows app for offline audio transcription using Python, Whisper and Tkinter; I bring more than eight years of experience across customer support, account management and team leadership.
