I’m a senior technology leader currently serving as a NOC Manager at an Indonesian ISP, leading cross-functional technical teams and managing end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects. I ensure 24/7 network reliability, lead rapid incident response, and plan, execute, and report on technical field projects with clear stakeholder communication.

Alongside my network and systems background, I bring a linguistics and translation foundation across Indonesian, Sundanese, and English. I’m a daily, hands-on user of large language models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude), using strong instincts to evaluate output quality, nuance, and cultural/linguistic accuracy—exactly the kind of data and quality work I want to build on.
