At PT. Pasifiktel Indotama, I progressed from VSAT Technician and Engineer to NOC Supervisor and IT-Engineering Supervisor. I support technicians, NOC, customer service, business development, and vendors to improve network performance and resolve customer issues.
My work includes network design, bandwidth planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, technical documentation, server management, and virtualization. I bring more than 20 years of telecommunications and IT engineering experience to complex customer networks.
