At Univerexport DOO, I manage alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage categories across approximately 220 stores, representing around $70 million in annual revenue.

I monitor sales, profitability, and category KPIs to support growth and improve operational efficiency. Through targeted category initiatives, I’ve contributed to year-over-year improvements in sales growth and margins.

I plan and evaluate promotional campaigns, optimize assortments and shelf layouts, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management. I also maintain sales, procurement, and planning databases and documentation.

I work closely with suppliers including Coca-Cola, Knjaz Miloš, Pernod Ricard, Molson Coors, and GCF to negotiate commercial terms and build long-term partnerships. Cross-category rotations have also given me hands-on experience in dairy, cheese, confectionery, and vegetables.
