I’m proactive with customer follow-ups to ensure timely payments and reduce overdue debt. I combine structured reporting with fast, practical problem-solving to keep collections moving and results measurable.

Before collections, I delivered customer support for Nordic & UK customers at Buwelo Europe. I handled inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshot product-related issues, guided customers through technical solutions, and resolved complaints while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

My background also includes translation and marketing support, strengthening my attention to quality, detail, and cross-cultural communication. I bring a multilingual, service-driven mindset—built through customer-facing roles and reinforced by my BSc in Tourism Management.
