I am a recent Media Studies graduate and an aspiring Data Analyst with hands-on experience in technical support, data engineering training, and customer-facing retail roles. I combine practical troubleshooting skills with foundational data analytics, visualization, and programming knowledge gained through structured internships and accredited learnerships.
During a Data Engineering internship sponsored by Microsoft, I completed coursework in Power BI, R and Python for data science and built skills in data-driven solutions and visualization. Earlier technical support training through an MICT SETA-accredited learnership provided practical experience in system troubleshooting, networking support, and data communications.
I volunteerded as a receptionist and computer lab assistant to support community digital literacy and have consistent customer-service experience from retail roles. I am eager to join a team that values continuous learning, high-quality work, and opportunities to develop as a network technician.
