What I'm looking for

I'm interested in international talent acquisition and executive search work where I can partner with hiring leaders, build targeted pipelines, improve recruitment processes, and explore AI-enabled recruitment in multicultural remote environments.

At Mission Talent, I lead end-to-end international searches for executive and specialist roles across NGOs and philanthropic organisations. I partner with hiring leaders from role definition and market mapping through structured assessment, offer negotiation, and closing.

I build targeted pipelines through direct search, Boolean techniques, and proactive engagement of passive candidates across Europe, MENA, Africa, and US/global markets. I also use Hogan assessments, improve recruitment processes, and mentor recruiters in a fully remote international team.

Alongside recruitment, I design competency-based learning programmes at Université Sorbonne nouvelle and have led instructional design, localization, and cross-cultural quality work. My PhD in computational linguistics informs my interest in AI-enabled recruitment and process optimisation.
