At Unique People (CCIG Group), I handled energy customers’ enquiries by telephone and chat, providing information on services, procedures, and case status while resolving issues.
At Abalone Poland Sp. z o.o., I supported recruitment through CV screening, candidate contact, interview organisation, and onboarding. I also organised staff records and prepared materials supporting company communication and promotion.
As an intern in the Data Analysis Department at PCI. Podkarpackie Innovation Centre, I participated in research projects and organised databases and documentation. I also conducted source research and prepared reports and analyses using MS Office, MAXQDA, and Statistica.
My experience also includes tutoring English, planning lessons around pupils’ needs, and monitoring their progress. I studied Sociology at the University of Rzeszów, where I developed knowledge of organisations, HR, and data analysis.
