In my current role as the Head of Foreign Exchange Desk at LatamBlock, I am responsible for risk management and liquidity management, ensuring profitability in an inflationary economy. I have significantly increased the monthly trading volume from $1.5 million to $10 million by optimizing internal processes.
Additionally, I am proficient in trading currencies in the spot market and have extensive experience in negotiating with prospective clients and maintaining client relations. I am also adept at elaborating and analyzing daily profit and loss files to identify areas of improvement and business opportunities. Currently, I am leading a team of 10 people, effectively managing their performance and ensuring the smooth operation of the desk.
