At Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, I serve as design authority for Microsoft Power Platform and .NET solutions. I defined platform governance, environment strategy, and release practices, and helped replace 8 legacy IBM Lotus Notes systems with .NET, Blazor, and Power Platform applications, reducing support effort by more than 60%.

I also designed an integration layer connecting ArcGIS field data with Power Platform, internal .NET applications, and Oracle JD Edwards. That work lets asset data flow into the ERP without re-keying, while my Power Apps and automation solutions include an organization-wide request application used by 300+ internal staff.

On SmartPharm, I architected and launched a pharmaceutical ordering and delivery platform, which now serves 1,000+ users and 100+ partner pharmacies. I own its full stack and lifecycle, using Flutter, Firebase, and Azure to sustain 99.9% uptime.
