I’m looking for a role where I can lead resilient network and security initiatives—SD-WAN, HA architectures, and firewall/load balancer operations—while collaborating cross-functionally to improve performance, stability, and user connectivity.

I’m a Senior Telecommunications and Network Engineer with extensive experience designing, administering, and optimizing LAN/WAN networks and enterprise IT infrastructure. I’ve built and supported advanced network technologies—firewalls, load balancers, IPS, SD-WAN, and wireless—across multi-vendor environments including Cisco, HP, Huawei, and Aruba.

In my current role at Scotiabank Peru Data & Voice Services, I lead high-availability telecommunications service installation, migration, and upgrades with multiple ISPs, ensuring alignment with corporate banking standards. I also drive nationwide SD-WAN implementation to improve WAN performance, resilience, and cost efficiency, while standardizing firmware across network devices for stability and security.

I bring deep security and operational rigor by configuring Fortinet firewalls (including VDOM segmentation), delivering Level 3 support for complex network and security incidents across group companies, and improving Wi‑Fi infrastructure across multiple sites. Earlier work at DP World Peru expanded my focus on OT networking (HA switch stacks and Palo Alto firewalls), MPLS and OSPF-based connectivity, and practical deployment of VPN solutions, structured cabling, and fiber optic projects.
