What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a sports operations role where I can own tournament/event logistics end-to-end and strengthen performance tracking with reliable data, collaborating with teams to deliver efficient, high-quality experiences in international multi-sport settings.

I’m a Sport Management professional with strong analytical and operational grounding, currently pursuing a Master en Global Sport Business in Madrid. I combine event-ready organization with data handling to keep multi-sport experiences running smoothly, from planning through execution.

As a co-founder and Tournament Manager at RankiaoPR, I coordinated and managed 175+ matches across pickleball, volleyball, beach tennis, and padel. I maintain results and statistics databases for 120+ participants per event and manage match inputs into DUPR to support accurate player ratings, standings, and performance tracking.

In supporting official competitions and high-visibility events, I’ve managed scorekeeping, participant verification, official match reports, and game-day logistics such as schedules, court preparation, and equipment control. I’ve also supported live streaming setup and real-time issue resolution using tournament regulations and systems, while coordinating conference operations and speaker logistics as a volunteer.

Previously, in USJ Operations as a Student Operations Assistant, I developed and managed 20+ operational reports, including rosters, facility schedules, custodial coverage, and game-day calendars.
