What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can apply public administration and housing regulation work to improve urban settlement services, while bringing my customer support and property management experience to deliver reliable, people-focused outcomes.

I am a Housing and Homesite Regulation Officer I at the City Government of Manila under the Manila Urban Settlements Office. Since July 2023, I have supported public service work tied to housing and homesite regulation and urban settlement needs.

Before my current role, I built strong client-facing experience as a Customer Support Representative at WNS Global Services (December 2021 – January 2023). Earlier, I worked as a Property Manager for Letty’s House Lessor (2015 – 2021), which sharpened my ability to handle property-related responsibilities with consistency and professionalism.

I also completed a Master in Public Administration (August 2023 – August 2024), and I bring a diverse foundation from my Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, major in International Culinary Arts (June 2010 – March 2014). I bring the discipline of public administration training and the service mindset to every task I take on.
