I’m a Postdoctoral Researcher focused on human activity recognition—identifying specific movements or actions by integrating wireless sensing and machine learning. My work spans wireless sensing with technologies like WiFi, sound, radar, and lidar, alongside edge intelligence that brings model-driven inference to resource-constrained devices.
Before my current role, I served as a Chief Engineer at Honor Device Co., Ltd., and completed postdoctoral research at Shenzhen University. My Ph.D. (Queen Mary University of London) centered on human activity classification using micro-Doppler signatures and ranging techniques, and my ongoing research emphasizes multimodal fusion and efficient deep learning (e.g., model compression and conditional computation) to improve real-world performance.
