I’m a Data Analyst Freelancer who applies careful research, strict guideline-based review, and data evaluation to ensure accuracy and relevance. I identify errors and provide feedback to improve processes while working across diverse content types, including audio, images, maps, and text.

Before moving further into analysis work, I built strong service and operations experience in hospitality. As a Front Office Agent, I handled check-in and check-out, managed direct bookings and distribution channels, and provided customer service via phone, email, and in person.

As Experience Manager at Herdade da Malhadinha Nova (Relais & Châteaux), I managed, planned, and organized experiences—developing and promoting themed packages and coordinating activities with service providers. I also managed and controlled costs of touristic resources.

I’ve also grounded my approach in tourism education, earning my Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management. I bring that practical, guest-focused mindset to data work, aiming for clarity, consistency, and measurable quality in every task.
