At SAMI Airbus, I control daily and weekly maintenance plans for a military aviation fleet, aligning manpower, materials, tooling, facilities, and Engineering support around scheduled and unscheduled work.
I manage AOG recovery from the technical picture through return to service, including cross-functional mobilization, customer-approved cannibalization, shift-based ETA control, and closure tracking. I created an AOG governance framework and dashboard covering ownership, timelines, root causes, corrective actions, handoffs, and closure.
Previously at Airbus Saudi Ltd., I coordinated fleet maintenance, short-term plans, handovers, risk registers, KPI reporting, and recovery activity across Engineering, Logistics, MRO, and maintenance teams. I also supervised 30–40 mechanics and provided hands-on B1 engineering support in a regulated military aviation environment.
I started at Airbus Defence and Space performing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance. Across eight-plus years, I’ve built practical experience in MCC operations, technical-status control, operational reporting, PMO controls, GOLDesp, and Excel, backed by PMP and CILT Level 3 training.
