I’m a Salesforce Certified Administrator skilled in CRM configuration, process automation, and business process improvement. I focus on translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that strengthen both operations and customer experiences.

Through my project-based work, I implemented end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. I’ve analysed stakeholder needs and turned them into configurations, automation, security controls, and reporting capabilities that support real business decisions.

One project included designing a custom Billing system in Salesforce to replace a manual Excel process for 3,000+ customer records. I configured formula fields and roll-up summary fields for automated charge calculations, set role-based security with profiles and object permissions, and migrated data with Salesforce Data Loader.

I’m also experienced with experience-led support, having deployed an Experience Cloud site with a Knowledge Base and self-service resources. I’ve implemented SLA entitlements, assignment rules, escalation processes, and Omni-Channel routing, and I’m driven by helping organisations optimise operations and customer outcomes through technology.
