I've spent over seven years at Sopra HR Software delivering Payroll, DSN, and HR Administration solutions using HR Access and Pléiades.

I analyze requirements, configure payroll rules, implement legal updates, support migrations and upgrades, and lead functional and technical testing through UAT. I also run client workshops, produce project documentation, resolve TMA tickets, and support regional HR Access projects across African countries.

As a Business Team Leader, I coordinate a team of four HRIS consultants, supporting onboarding, training, knowledge transfer, skill development, and performance follow-up.

I'm pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science and Business Analytics and contributing to an AI Payroll Assistant that helps consultants analyze legal updates and requirements and suggest payroll configurations with human validation. I've also developed applications with Spring Boot, Angular, JWT, Power BI, and RFID technology.
