I am an HRIS consultant with deep technical expertise in HR Access Suite 7 & 9 and a background in software engineering. I design, configure and maintain payroll, administration and time management modules while managing interfaces and integrations.
I have led migrations, payroll implementations and RUN operations for large employee populations, improving satisfaction and reducing penalties through operational excellence. I manage testing, acceptance and evolutionary maintenance with clear documentation and technical specifications.
