I've tested charging, billing, prepaid offers, and Value-Added Services for Telenor Pakistan and major telecom operators including Jazz, Ufone, and Zong. My work includes validating offers, campaigns, promotional flows, billing scenarios, APIs, and the My Telenor App.
At Switch Communications, I managed end-to-end QA for nearly 25 telecom VAS products and digital web and mobile applications. I created test documentation, performed production validation and regression testing, automated product workflows with Python, and collaborated with DevOps, product, and development teams through release testing.
At Ninjas Code, I test the Enatega Admin Portal, Customer Web application, mobile platform, clone applications, and new features. I lead QA activities, create and execute test cases, manage defects, validate builds and deployments, and use GitHub, ClickUp, and Slack to coordinate delivery.
