I am an experienced Business Process Management (BPM) Expert and Industrial Engineer with over 2 years of hands-on experience in business process modeling, performance optimization, and digital transformation. My expertise lies in BPMN 2.0, APQC-based process frameworks, and As-Is/To-Be analysis, which I have applied in various roles to enhance organizational efficiency.

In my most recent position at Kavir Steel Complex, I designed and optimized core and support processes, developed PBS and PHD based on the APQC framework, and created detailed process maps. My role involved conducting As-Is/To-Be analyses and supporting CMMI and BPMM maturity assessments.
