What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior talent/workforce development leadership role where I can build enterprise governance, competency models, and measurable capability pathways—partnering with executives in structure-light environments to diagnose needs and deliver results.

I’m an organizational leadership executive with an Ed.D. and an M.S. in Supply Chain Management, and I’ve led talent development and leadership program design for 15+ years across operational and headquarters environments. I translate enterprise frameworks into practical capability pathways, standing up structure where none existed.

I own an enterprise-wide talent-development governance framework, a supervisor training program, and a doctrine-anchored competency model spanning seven functional areas. At U.S. Space Force, I led command-wide workforce development for a civilian enterprise and authored the governance implementation handbook that standardizes individual development across every field-command site.

I design and deliver end-to-end development systems, including a Supervisor Training program with complete facilitator scripts and a five-product Skills Gap Analysis and Assessment Suite to identify readiness gaps and track training effectiveness against outcomes. I’ve also established succession and development structures, project charters, and educational-opportunity sourcing, embedding Force Development liaisons across HR shops for local execution against enterprise standards.

Previously, as Program Manager / Force Development Lead for USC SHIELD, I recovered and re-scoped a $129K executive education contract, built the candidate selection framework (including a Power BI workflow), and delivered consolidation recommendations improving resource allocation by approximately 35%. I’m also a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and a Presidential Management Fellow (PMF) alumna, grounded in how work happens in safety-critical, shift-based operational environments.
