I’m looking for an operations-focused administrative role where I can own documentation accuracy, streamline purchasing/inventory workflows, and deliver reliable customer support—ideally in a fast-paced team that values remote-friendly collaboration and continuous improvement.

I’m a bilingual Business Administration professional focused on keeping administrative and operational workflows accurate, responsive, and easy to follow. I support high-volume inquiries, maintain organized documentation, and help teams make timely decisions with reliable reporting.

In my most recent role at Courtyard by Marriott Multiplaza, I managed and verified purchase orders, supplier invoices, and related documentation. I processed an average of 50–60 supplier invoices per month, ran monthly purchase price audits for cost-saving opportunities, and prepared inventory and pricing reports to support day-to-day operations.

Previously with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries (MICI), I handled high-volume digital inquiries through the Panamá Emprende platform, reviewed legal and commercial documentation for compliance, and resolved user questions about business procedures and registrations. I also adapted to remote work during the pandemic and trained internal staff on platform updates to improve team efficiency.
