At PASHA REAL ESTATE, I manage post-tender commercial processes across developments including Ritz-Carlton Side Plot, La Luna, Olive Bay, and Baku City Villas. I prepare construction contracts and review contractors’ Interim Payment Certificates against site progress, drawings, and BOQs.
At ABCON CJSC, I directed delivery of two seven-story mixed-use residential buildings, with accountability for budget, schedule, quality, and regulatory compliance. I developed cost plans and procurement plans, and secured cost savings through competitive tendering and vendor negotiation.
At BALTECH CONSTRUCTION, I managed the technical office for NATM tunnel works, coordinating design, planning, and site execution. I carried out quantity take-offs and monitored excavation and primary lining works, using KPI-based Excel dashboards to report progress.
Earlier, I managed gas pipeline projects at ABCON CJSC and worked as Lead Quantity Surveyor at HUNER GROUP. My experience also includes project coordination at ABCON LLC, and I hold a B.Sc. (Honors) in Construction Management Technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
