At Johnson and Johnson, I developed PowerShell automation to consolidate over 15k Manufacturing, Logistics, and Lab Windows 10/11 devices from 200 SCCM patch collection groups into fewer than 20. I also led efforts to replace locally assigned domain accounts with centrally managed AD groups.
At IBM, I led the rollout of Windows 11 to 250k devices and created an eight-ring deployment approach for updates across 300k Windows users. I also improved the monthly patching rate by 15% through the implementation and adoption of forced reboots.
