At Amazon, I own Gift Card operations for Amazon India Payments, supporting a team of five and a partner ecosystem processing INR 2,500+ Cr annually. I released INR 11.5 Cr in frozen partner settlements by tracing an expired fraud-reserve exception across Risk, Fraud Risk Management, and Billing.
I designed and shipped agentic automation for gift-card concession tickets, clearing 1,267 tickets in one batch and reducing handling time from about three minutes to about three seconds. Paired with tighter refund-hold criteria, the work cut fraudulent refunds 72% week-on-week.
Earlier at Amazon, I investigated payment and transaction risks using SQL, refined investigation protocols, and partnered with machine learning teams on AI abuse-detection models. I also automated recurring reporting with Excel VBA and contributed to prevention rules sustaining 85%+ accuracy in production.
Outside my core role, I built a Windows tool that records processes and generates formatted SOPs, and a PowerShell and Outlook automation that sent 1,101 personalized gift-card codes with zero failures or duplicates. I’m certified in Product Management with Generative and Agentic AI and hold a Data Analytics certification from IBM.
