What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can grow new business for IT/SaaS projects, own lead generation and proposals, and coordinate delivery with QA/development—while using my MERN and AI fundamentals to strengthen client outcomes and team performance.

I’m a Senior Business Development Executive with 5+ years of experience across IT, SaaS, and mobile game testing. I drive client acquisition through lead generation, proposal writing, and pipeline management across Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.

I translate client requirements into clear scopes and accurate cost estimates, then coordinate with QA and development teams to ensure delivery quality and a smooth user experience. I’m known for strong English communication and a results-driven approach to business growth, including mentoring junior BD team members.

I also bring hands-on technical capability, including MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), plus CRM management and market research to support smarter sales conversations.
