I redesigned talent-program mapping for Mawhiba, enabling live integration-driven data setup and reducing manual entry. I also define requirements and solution designs for government and enterprise initiatives, including work for the Oman Ministry of Education.
At CLASSERA, I drive LMS redesigns and configurable features, and define integration requirements across systems. I work with engineering, QA, design, implementation, and business teams through delivery, testing, and release readiness.
Previously, I contributed to web and mobile product development at RUMMANTECH, working across e-commerce, logistics automation, ride-hailing, and bedding services. I supported product research, requirements definition, design handoffs, and functional testing under senior product leadership.
