I’m a Psychology Honours graduate with a Global MBA (Entrepreneurship) and I’m a registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor (ASCHP). I combine supervised clinical counselling with innovation and leadership to design and facilitate psychosocial support programmes, trauma-informed interventions, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
In my supervised role at Helderberg Hospital, I deliver psychosocial counselling and support to psychiatric inpatients and outpatients experiencing acute distress and complex mental health conditions. I also contribute to multidisciplinary ward rounds and reflective case discussions to strengthen clinical reasoning and therapeutic effectiveness.
Beyond clinical work, I lead bereavement support interventions for caregivers in residential care, and I facilitate prevention and awareness programmes through PATCH Helderberg Child Abuse Centre. I’m also building my expertise in employment law and commercial frameworks through upcoming BCom Law studies—so I can translate psychological insights into strategic organisational outcomes and human-centred talent strategies.
