What I'm looking for

I’m pursuing opportunities to gain hands-on experience, contribute, learn, and thrive in a collaborative work environment. I want to support customers, solve problems, and apply my communication and conflict-resolution skills.

I’m an ambitious and dedicated entry-level professional pursuing opportunities to gain hands-on experience. In my call centre role, I assisted customers by fixing their issues concerning products and selling the company products, so I could build confidence in resolving problems and supporting people every day.

I also bring a strong work ethic from general work experience—helping clean offices, running errands, feeding dogs, washing cars, and supporting everyday operations like trimming trees and cutting grass. I thrive in a collaborative work environment, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy learning through challenges, with a focus on communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
