What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a growth-focused organization where I can improve QA processes, strengthen automation capabilities, and deliver higher-quality AI chatbot and web application experiences.

At Streebo Inc., I test production AI Agentic chatbots across e-commerce, catalogue search, support, and live production environments. I’ve helped improve project accuracy from 60–70% to 95%+ by identifying, validating, and tracking major and blocker issues.

I’ve designed and executed 850+ test cases and 450+ conversational QA scenarios covering functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and end-to-end user journeys. My work includes validating intents, entities, dialog flows, fallbacks, transactional FAQs, out-of-domain scenarios, voice bots, and live-agent handoffs across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and mobile browsers.

I also use Selenium for automation, including XPath creation and debugging, and have executed 300+ automated test cases. I document QA flows in Excel and Word, manage defects in Jira, and use LLMs to strengthen test coverage and delivery quality.
