At Readyly, I test AI-powered web and voice applications across UI, APIs, search, forms, Smartflows, and conversational workflows. I expanded QA coverage from 10 to 32 client organizations by streamlining test prioritization.

I evaluate chatbot and voice-bot sessions for response accuracy, grounding, citation integrity, PII masking, hallucinations, speech recognition, latency, and call transfers. I investigate issues through AWS S3, Amazon CloudWatch, and Twilio, then write detailed Jira tickets that speed developer triage.

Previously at InterviewBuddy, I designed test cases and helped ship major releases including a UI revamp, backend integration, and website relaunch. I turn user stories and acceptance criteria into structured sprint test plans that close coverage gaps early.
