Faiza Dana

I’m an economics graduate with hands-on experience in marketing research, customer behavior analysis, and survey research. I enjoy turning data into concise reports, presentations, dashboards, and actionable insights that help teams evaluate service performance and decisions.

In my internships, I conducted market research and customer satisfaction surveys for healthcare services, processed customer data in Excel and Google Sheets for segmentation and complaint analysis, and built visual materials using PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs, Canva, and Looker Studio. I also completed a 6-month Ministry of Manpower apprenticeship with an Excellent predicate, supporting business landscape analysis, service classification, monthly performance review, and promotion effectiveness evaluation.

I’ve also strengthened my research and data administration background through sectoral statistics work under Indonesia’s One Data program, including verifying and organizing 200+ sectoral data records and creating transportation-data infographics. Earlier, I worked as a field enumerator for an agricultural survey with approximately 150 farming households, and I support community development research through village circular economy initiatives involving 20+ key actors. I’m excited to bring this mix of research rigor and data communication to a role in market and socio-economic research.
