I’m looking for a role where I can own program and operations workflows end-to-end—strengthening compliance, procurement, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced, multicultural environment that values continuous process improvement.

I’m a results-oriented Program Management Associate with 4+ years of progressive experience in operations coordination, administrative support, procurement, compliance tracking, and multi-stakeholder engagement. I hold a Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) credential and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, supporting my work with hands-on experience across professional services and international logistics.

In my current role supporting the Country Manager at Castor Vali Africa, I monitor operational workflows, flag risks, and maintain compliance trackers, service level agreements, and audit-ready operational reports. I coordinate end-to-end procurement—from vendor sourcing and requisition raising through purchase order follow-up and invoice reconciliation—while preparing donor-facing documents and executive briefs with accuracy and appropriate dispatch.

I also strengthen day-to-day governance through filing systems and databases that improve record-keeping and information retrieval, and I design process improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency and compliance standards. Previously, as an Air Freight Associate, I managed customs clearance and documentation workflows for international imports and exports, tracking shipment milestones and resolving bottlenecks quickly to protect client satisfaction.
