What I'm looking for

I seek patient-centered roles where I can lead MTM, improve medication safety and outcomes, mentor staff, and drive quality and regulatory compliance in collaborative teams.

I am a residency-trained, board-certified pharmacist with over 20 years of inpatient and ambulatory care experience, focused on medication therapy management, patient safety, and quality improvement. I have a strong track record implementing TJC, CMS and USP guidelines, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and optimizing medication outcomes across health systems and community settings.

My practice includes MTM, immunization administration, hormone contraception prescribing, point-of-care testing, and oversight/teaching of pharmacy students and residents. I am experienced in formulary management, insurance billing processes, committee leadership, and designing QA and USP 797 sterile compounding programs that improved compliance and patient care.
