I’m a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) with 9+ years of experience performing comprehensive medication reviews in hospital and health system settings. In my current role as a Clinical Pharmacist at Saint Anthony North Hospital (CommonSpirit Health), I conduct high-volume clinical consults across anticoagulation, pharmacokinetics, renal dosing, TPN, and medication reconciliation.
