I’m a dedicated programme support professional with over three years of experience in healthcare and community-based service delivery. I coordinate care activities, engage diverse stakeholders, and support vulnerable populations through structured programmes. I’m also building my strength in documentation, reporting, and working effectively across multidisciplinary environments.

In my current role as a Nursing Assistant, I support delivery of patient care within structured clinical programmes and help maintain accurate patient records that feed into reporting processes. I collaborate closely with therapists and clinicians, and I provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers to improve follow-through. I’ve also supported care coordination for 40+ patients, improving adherence and follow-up during facility evaluations.

Earlier, I delivered structured home-based care for clients with chronic conditions, maintained detailed records, and tracked patient progress over time while engaging families in care planning. I also supported children with special needs through daily care and individualized therapy plans, including sensory play and structured routines, working with nutritionists to meet dietary requirements. As a Lead Caregiver, I managed a 4-member caregiving team and helped reduce pressure sores by 40% through improved repositioning protocols, while playing a pivotal role in expanding outreach to rural households with limited medical access.

I’m especially motivated by grants, partnerships, and programme coordination in NGO and development settings focused on community development and health systems strengthening. I bring practical technical capability—EHR systems and patient documentation, Microsoft Office tools, and basic data entry and report compilation—alongside a commitment to monitoring and activity tracking. With certifications such as First Aid and BLS, I’m ready to contribute to programme implementation, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building in project coordination and reporting.
