Identified enrollment gaps (78% deposit non-payment, 65% I-20 document deficit, 52.7% SEVIS fee gap) and built a Looker Studio dashboard with 30/30 metric validations matching SQL queries.

Contributed to two team analyses and one individual capstone. Set up PostgreSQL and ran the SQL data-quality audit for a claims denial analysis (6,150 claims, 39.58% denial rate, $7.22M revenue leakage). Contributed SQL analysis to a patient-flow study. Independently led an investment capstone (10,900 encounters, 3 hospitals), building a 4-page Power BI dashboard.

Analyzed 8,558 student engagement records and built a Random Forest model to predict learning opportunity participation across 22 opportunities. Achieved 94% accuracy and 0.97 AUC-ROC, and delivered an end-to-end pipeline from cleaning and EDA through modeling and executive-ready recommendations.

Analyzed 30 customer support tickets as part of a team project, finding 53.33% reflected negative experiences tied to account and billing issues. Contributed to an Excel dashboard tracking ticket volume, issue distribution, and resolution time (1.47 hours), and proposed workflow automation.

Supported analysis of admissions outreach and applicant datasets by cleaning, standardizing, and conducting exploratory analysis on geography, program demand, and outreach activity. Completed 6 case studies across four stages of a competitive, elimination-based program. Cleaned and analyzed datasets in SQL, PostgreSQL, Power Query, Excel, and Python, covering customer churn, election anomaly detection, ride-hailing operations, and movie ratings. Independently analyzed a 3,551-order coffee shop dataset in Excel using pivot tables and XLOOKUP, identifying top-selling products, top customers, and sales by country ($45,134 total sales).
