At ADNOC Distribution, I lead daily service station operations, with responsibility for safety, customer service, operational compliance, team performance, and business continuity.
I’m the focal point for employee transfers and workforce movement across Northern Emirates operations. I coordinate with station management, senior management, HR, and support functions to maintain staffing requirements and operational continuity.
Previously, as Station Manager, I managed fueling and C-store operations and led a team of approximately 20 employees. As Shift Supervisor, I supervised station operations, scheduling, and customer service, and supported the ADNOC Flex Project across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.
