At TotalEnergies Lubricants Blending UAE Company LTD., I introduced Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in SAP to improve material availability, planning accuracy, and production continuity. I achieved 91% OTIF performance YTD through demand and supply planning, coordination, and proactive issue resolution.
I also streamlined raw material planning so that demand, stock on hand, and supplier stock inputs automatically produced material requirements and planning actions. I maintained average out-of-stock deviation at 3% through supply planning and inventory control.
As Production Planning Executive, I planned weekly production for more than 600 SKUs across seven production lines. I achieved 95% production compliance by aligning schedules with capacity, material availability, and operational priorities.
