I build AI automation systems with n8n, including voice, WhatsApp and web-chat agents. My work includes a multi-agent front desk that answers from client documents, handles job intake and escalates emergencies to a human.
For an automated YouTube video pipeline, I connected five n8n workflows with an FFmpeg render service to handle research, scripts, visuals, voiceover and video assembly. I added safeguards such as retry limits and file-existence checks after a costly API run.
I also developed a multilingual clinic automation pilot for a dental clinic in Slovenia, and I run day-to-day operations at Zafar Medicine. That hands-on experience with supplier invoicing informs the small-business workflows I automate.
