What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply diplomacy and communication skills, create impactful media, support youth development, and grow in international program management.

I am an International Relations graduate with a strong focus on diplomacy, cross-cultural exchange, and youth development. I combine academic achievement with hands-on experience in content creation, public relations, and organizational leadership.

As a co-founder and content lead at an English learning initiative, I designed learning programs, managed social media, and produced visual content to boost engagement. I also completed an internship at the local immigration office where I handled passport verification, document organization, and archive management.

I have contributed to multiple organizations — managing PR and hosting for an international exchange chapter, producing podcasts and editing video for VOIR, and working as a video editor and talent for EducationUSA. I have a track record of coordinating teams, planning communications, and expanding outreach.

I bring technical skills in Canva, Capcut, Pixellab, and spreadsheets, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and advanced English, and a commitment to professional growth in diplomacy, international cooperation, and creative media production.
