What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can blend International Relations with strong public relations and customer experience, lead projects, and grow partnerships. I’m looking for a collaborative team that values clear communication, initiative, and measurable impact.

I’m a third year undergraduate International Relations student with a strong commitment to community engagement through active involvement in organizations and volunteering. I’ve built 2 years of exposure to customer experience and public relations, and I’m known for being friendly, approachable, and adaptable while working in diverse teams.

Through internships and student leadership, I’ve managed real operational responsibilities and people workflows—handling an immigrations hotline via telephone and email, coordinating visa/passport registration support, and mediating administrative cases. I also lead partnerships and customer-focused programs, including creating customer flows, managing participants with CRM, maintaining 50+ worldwide partners, and achieving a 9.3 NPS score through satisfaction surveys.
