At Preferred Compliance Solutions, I lead compliance associates, specialists, and managers while maintaining my own affordable housing certification portfolio. I was promoted from Certification Associate to Compliance Specialist and then Lead Certification Manager within the organization.
I've supported U.S. affordable housing programs including LIHTC, PFC, HOME, BMR, Section 8, MFTE, ARCH, HUD, BOND, LAHD, and WFH. I'm pursuing my HCCP designation and a Bachelor of Business Administration at BYU while building full-stack development skills.
