I work as an enologist in Sardinia, helping wineries from vineyard to cellar. Currently, I’m a Consulente Enologo working as Self-employed (May 2026–Present).
Before that, I gained sustained experience as an Enologo and Viticoltore specializzato/enologo at Azienda Agricola Deaddis (Mar 2023–May 2026). Earlier roles included Enologo at Gabbas azienda vitivinicola in Oliena (Nov 2022–Mar 2023) and Cantiniere at Cantina sociale di Dolianova (May 2022–Nov 2022).
I also started with a Tirocinante Enologo placement at Cantina Deaddis (Aug 2021–Oct 2021), which shaped how I approach quality, learning, and practical execution. I’m now focused on continuing to deliver hands-on enology expertise and trusted guidance to the winemaking teams I support.
